It is likely that the nameservers have not been configured. This doesn't always happen automatically when transferring a domain name.
1. Do you have a webhosting package or reseller hosting package?
If no, proceed to 2.
If yes, configure the nameservers of your webhosting or reseller hosting account for your domain name.
2. Do you have a private server with private nameservers?
If no, proceed to 3.
If yes, configure the nameservers for your domain name.
3. Enabling DNS management and configuring IP address
Enable DNS management in your customer panel at https://www.secure.versio.uk/customer and replace each IP address you see with the IP address of your server.
