What to do when you forget your Versio passwords

Did you forget your password? No worries. You can recover the password yourself for various products. Read below how this works.

Versio customer panel

If you no longer have access to your Versio customer panel, you can request a new password. In the e-mail address box, enter the e-mail address with which you are registered with Versio. We will send you an e-mail with a confirmation link. After you have clicked on the confirmation link you will receive a new password from us with which you can log in directly into the customer panel. Note: manually enter the new password without using the copy and paste function.


DirectAdmin

If you forgot the password of DirectAdmin, you can reset this via the customer panel. Log in to the Versio customer panel. Under My products, click on Webhosting or Reseller hosting, depending on the package you have. Then go to Overview. Then click on the magnifying glass for the relevant package. On the next page, click at the bottom right on Reset password, then the new data will immediately appear. You will also receive an e-mail with this new information.


E-mail account

If you can no longer log in to your e-mail account because the log-in details are incorrect, you can reset the password of your e-mail account. Login to DirectAdmin and then click on the domain name. Under E-mail management, click on E-mail accounts. Click on Change behind the relevant e-mail account to set a new password for the e-mail account.
