Versio password recovery

Your services at Versio are all secured with passwords. In the case of losing one of your passwords you can recover these in safe way. In this manual we explain how.

Versio customer panel

If you no longer have access to your Versio customer panel you can request a new password. Choose the Forget Password option in the login screen. You'll enter your e-mail address and receive a confirmation link from us. 

DirectAdmin

If you forgot the password to DirectAdmin you can reset this via the customer panel. 

1. Log in to the Versio customer panel;
2. Go to My products and click on Webhosting;
3. Click on Overview and then on the magnifying glass next to your hosting plan;
4. On the next page click on right on Reset password;
5. You will receive an e-mail with the new password.

E-mail account

If you can no longer access your e-mail account you can reset the password. 

• Login to DirectAdmin and click on the domain name;
• Go to E-mail management and click on E-mail accounts;
• Click on Change behind the relevant e-mail account.
