Creating a domain pointer at Versio

If you own a domainname through Versio you can create a domain pointer for it. With this you can redirect a different domainname to the same website. In this manual we explain how to do this.

1. Log in to DirectAdmin
2. Go to Advanced Tools;
3. Click on Domain Pointers.

Note: Make sure to change the records of these domains into the same name servers as the one of your main website.

Example

In the example above we own the domain name hite-selper.com. Let's create a pointer that makes sure that all visitors of hite-selper.com are forwarded to site-helper.com. Click Add when you are done entering information.

Note: It may take up to 72 hours for the pointer to be activated.
