Deleting files from your Versio hosting

If you have files in your hosting package that you can't remove, you can consult this article to fix this. In this article, we assume that you're already logged in to DirectAdmin.

How does it work?

Step 1: Go to the filemanager. Click the button files at the top in DirectAdmin;

Step 2: Then click the folder domains, and then your own domain;

Step 3: Select public_html, as you can see at number 1 in the image below. Click recursive (number 2 on the image). Then click reset owner, see number 3;

Step 4: After you followed the last step, you will receive the following message: file ownership reset. After this notification, you can delete the files and/or folders.
